Generative Legal is committed to providing a welcoming, respectful, and harassment-free experience for all attendees, speakers, sponsors, and volunteers.

Our Expectations

We invite you to participate in a spirit of curiosity, collegiality, and mutual respect. By attending, you agree to:

  • Treat all participants with dignity and respect
  • Engage in constructive, good-faith discussions
  • Respect the boundaries and privacy of other attendees
  • Maintain confidentiality when requested by speakers or fellow attendees
  • Follow all venue health and safety guidelines
  • Contribute to an inclusive environment for all participants

Unacceptable Behavior

The following behaviors are not tolerated at Generative Legal:

  • Harassment, intimidation, or discrimination in any form
  • Unwelcome sexual attention or inappropriate physical contact
  • Photography or recording without consent
  • Disruptive behavior that interferes with sessions or networking
  • Aggressive promotion of products, services, or personal agendas
  • Behavior that discriminates based on race, gender, sexual orientation, disability, religion, nationality, or other protected characteristics
  • Excessive alcohol consumption or other conduct that creates an unsafe environment

Reporting Concerns

If you experience or witness behavior that violates this Code of Conduct, please report it immediately to a conference organizer or email info@generative-legal.com. All reports will be handled with discretion and confidentiality.

Our Commitment

Generative Legal reserves the right to take appropriate action in response to any violation of this Code of Conduct, including warning the offender, requiring them to leave the event, or prohibiting attendance at future events. Decisions will be made at the sole discretion of the organizers.
